VENDOR’S ORGANISATION AND MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS
Golden Armor is black owned national security company functioning as a Pty Ltd. Mr V. Tshicila holds 100% in Golden Armor Security Services and he is involved in the management of Golden Armor on a daily basis. As a
national company, Golden Armor is structured around a head office based in Eastern Cape. Golden Armor Security management concept is structured on 3 pillars namely:
- Area managers
All managers and supervisors play a vital role in the management and control of the total Golden Armor Security operations and they ensure that the particular service rendered is of the highest standard and meets the set
operational requirements. All the static posts and mobile units get visited, supervised and audited on a regular basis and any non conformances to the set standards are immediately addressed and rectified.
The Golden Armor controls function sets on the following frequency of visits and audits:
- Supervisors-3 to 4 visit with every given 24 hour period
- Area managers-5 visits weekly of which 2 are after hours
- Directors-random visits and one audit monthly
The Golden Armor managerial structure is driven by Mr V. Tshicila, Ms N Songelwa, Mr Munyu and Mr Ngejane. As may be required by specific clients and their unique requirements, Mavusi Security Services will deploy on-site management to ensure the highest level of direct control of the contract. This would normally apply to larger contracts of few officers or more on site.
VENDOR’S INSPECTION SYSTEM
Golden Armor Security has an inspection system in place that forms part of an internal company quality assurance process. All staff members are regularly evaluated and actions are recorded so as to report appraisal and
/or rectify behavior. A complete client file that each post issued with is kept up to date reflecting all daily visits and inspections. An example of the file will be made available to a client on a visit to our regional office.
